Mrs. Bhuvaneshwari Gurumurthy
Mrs. Bhuvaneshwari Gurumurthy is an electrical engineer from Bangalore University, who has worked for organizations like Aeronautical Development Agency and H.A.L. The whole transition from an engineer to Montessorian happened, when she joined her first child to house of children. The philosophy of Montessori deeply touched her and then she went on to complete her Montessori course from Indian Montessori Training center under the guidance of Mrs.Meenakshi Shivaramakrishnan and Mrs.Shamala Rao. But the world of Montessori was opened to her by Mrs.Sumita Mookerjee, with whom she worked for 4 long years at Arunodoy Montessori House of Children. Now with the guidance of Mrs.Mookerjee, she has started her own House of Children in Bangalore called the "The Future Foundation Montessori House of Children"

Mr. G Gurumurthy
Mr. G Gurumurthy is a graduate in Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Calicut and he has pursued Advanced Management program from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. He is an active member of many technology forums including Robotics Society of India, Tribology Society of India and an Industry member for the board of studies of reputed Engineering institutes.
In his career span of over two decades with the technology industry, he has been responsible in various capacities to create intellectual capital from human capital.
Based on the research findings that show highest absorption level of children in the age group of 2 ½ years to 6 years, he is drawn in to the environment of early education as he believes that this is a form of early investment in human capital.
He would be offering his advice from his experience with the industry and academia to provide an environment to make learning interesting and exciting for the overall development of a child.
